Tai Chi for Veterans workshops take place weekly on Thursdays, beginning September 14th and ending October 19th from 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM.
6 Sessions: Thursdays, September 14, 21, 28, October 5, 12, 19
No experience needed and open exclusively to all Military Veterans and family members at no charge.
